The two varieties are harvested and vinificated separately. After the alcoholic fermentation, skin contact for 6 weeks and maturation in oak barrels for 8 months.
Juicy red fruits, tomato and olive with notes of vanilla, coffee and spices in the background.
Well-structured with round tannins and rich finish.
Grilled vegetables, roasted red meat, pasta and meat with sweet sauces, spicy meats, meat pies and high-acid cheese.
